Don Cosenza, CLFP, is North Mill’s Chief Marketing Officer. He’s responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts with a primary focus on devising and implementing North Mill’s growth strategy. Leveraging his more than 25+ years as a marketing leader, Don manages all branding, social media, business development, broker and customer relations, and product marketing initiatives for the company. Prior to joining North Mill, Don was a Vice President of Marketing for UnitedHealthcare where helped build the company’s sales pipeline in the Northeast region of the country. He also worked for GE Capital as an E-commerce Leader where he introduced a social media strategy and improved operating efficiencies by deploying digital programs. Don earned his MA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a BA in Communications from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He resides in Cheshire with his wife and two children.

Paul Cheslock joined North Mill Equipment Finance in the fall of 2018 as Vice President, Customer Relations. Leveraging his more than 25 years of leasing sales leadership and customer relations experience, he supervises North Mill’s account management team. The team is responsible for cultivating relationships with referral agents and overseeing the many transactions that are submitted daily to the company. Paul is also responsible for building the strategy for North Mill’s business development program. Before joining North Mill, Paul was Vice President, Indirect Markets for TimePayment, focusing on expanding and enhancing the company’s third-party referral source pipeline. Prior to TimePayment, he held various sales leadership and client relationship management roles at Marlin Equipment Finance, Leaf Equipment Finance and GE Capital in support of their small-ticket leasing and program initiatives. Paul earned his BS in Business Management from Almeda University. He resides in Columbia, Missouri with his wife and two children.

Bob Fanelle joined North Mill as a Relationship Manager. In his role, he leverages his eighteen-plus years of business development proficiency to help support the company’s growth objectives. His prior work experience managing brokers in a financial services setting is especially salient given that North Mill generates new business solely through third-party referral agents. Fanelle began his career with Canon Financial Services as a dealer representative, eventually graduating to roles as branch manager for TD Bank in Oaklyn, NJ and PNC Bank in Vorhees, NJ. In 2015, he joined Marlin Business Bank where his responsibilities included establishing new and growing existing broker relationships. During his tenure, he helped generate partnership programs, prepared equipment finance loan proposals and quotes, and, on average, generated $1 million in monthly sales volume. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a BA in criminal justice. He and his family reside in Clementon, NJ.

Matt Mosley joined North Mill as a Relationship Manager. In his role, he leverages his more than twenty years of business development and customer relations experience to help support North Mill’s growth objectives. Matt began his career in the industry in 1998 with Premier Funding Group. In 2004, he joined Financial Pacific Leasing, working as a Broker Relationship Manager for twelve years before moving on to Centra Funding in a similar capacity. He is a graduate of the University of North Georgia, with a BBA in Accounting, and is a proud 11-year member of the Georgia Army National Guard, having served a one-year active duty rotation in Bosnia. A lifelong Georgia resident, he earned his CLFP designation in 2007.
